OpenFlow privacy policy
OpenFlow is a Mac app for open channel flow calculations, made by Alexius Academia (Syncster), who can be reached at support@syncster.dev.
1. What the app collects
Nothing. OpenFlow has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no crash reporting of its own, and it makes no network connections. No data about you or your work reaches us or anyone else.
2. What stays on your Mac
The channels you make, and your settings, are kept in OpenFlow's own storage on your Mac so they are there next time. Removing the app removes them.
3. Files you save
When you export a report, figure or table, OpenFlow writes it only where you choose in the save dialog. It does not read or change any other files.
4. Purchases
OpenFlow is bought through the Mac App Store. Apple handles the purchase; we receive no payment or personal details from it. Apple's own privacy policy covers the App Store.
5. Links out of the app
The About window links to syncster.dev. What happens there is covered by that site's own privacy notice.
6. Children
The app is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
